Materials You Will Need:
pictures of land and sea, animal figures of fish, dolphin, whale, horse, lion, dog, etc.
What To Do:
Children are fascinated with animals and their homes. Put pictures of the land and sea in front of your child. Take one of the figures and ask your child if the animal lives on the land or in the sea. Put the sea animals in one pile and the land animals in another.
Variations:
Put each pile in a basket with a label "Land Animal" and "Sea Animal."
