Kym Kossanyi

"I am fortunate to be working for Procter and Gamble, a company known worldwide for its innovation. It is exciting to be in an environment where I am constantly learning and have almost limitless opportunities to try something new. It is rewarding to see products I have helped to develop become an integral part of our business and people's everyday lives."

Kym joined Procter and Gamble upon graduating with a B.S. in Business from Miami University of Ohio. While working in Customer Business Development for P&G she earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Kym has held a variety of roles within P&G in Customer Business Development and Marketing, with a recent emphasis on Shopper Understanding. In addition to her work at P&G Kym has served on the Miami University Alumni Board of Directors. Kym was the youngest member ever to be appointed to the Board serving as President in the final year of her four year term. Kym has also applied her exceptional leadership skills to coordinate a local chapter of Mothers of Preschoolers in Cincinnati for the past several years which serves to encourage and equip mothers in their parenting roles.

Kym and her husband Attila have two children ages 6 and 7. Family outings often involve excursions on their family ski boat.
